template:
1) download the ZIP file and extract all files in
a folder on your computer.
2) set write permissions to subscribe/
subscribe_list.txt file which is used to store
all subscribers' email addresses.
3) open js/ss_options.js and set the date and
time of your website launch.
4) upload the files on your server.
